We are looking for a founding CEO to lead Atam from early stage to scale. You will set strategy, build partnerships with defense and government entities, and represent the company at the highest levels.

What You'll Do

Define and execute company strategy.
Build and lead the executive team.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the defense sector.
Lead fundraising and business development.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or deep tech.
Network within the Gulf defense ecosystem.
Track record of building and scaling organizations.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in defense procurement or government contracting.
Existing relationships with regional defense entities.
